If you require an invitation letter for your visa application to attend the conference, please email the following information to conferences@crugroup.com

1. A copy of your passport information page
2. The address of the embassy where you will be making your application
3. Your travel dates
4. Whether you require the letter to be in English and/or Spanish
5. If you require any original copies to be sent to you

We will aim to send you an invitation letter within 48 hours, and we only offer this service to fully paid attendees.

PLEASE NOTE:

CRU Group is not based in Mexico. If your application requires a letter from an organisation based in Mexico, you will either need to: 

1. Reserve a place at the official conference hotel
2. Allow additional time for your application to be processed
