CRU Events have a proven track-record in delivering senior-level decision-makers from the industry’s key companies, and creating environments conducive to collaboration for success. Metals in the Future promises to be no exception, and gives you a unique opportunity to position your company at the forefront of the green transition in the metals and mining industry and to interact with the delegates.
The very best form of marketing is often face-to-face, and we provide a range of sponsorship options to enable you to maximise your opportunities to raise your brand awareness, meet clients old and new, and build relationships.
1) Networking Reception / Refreshment Break Sponsorship
Ample time is given during the conference agenda for delegates to network; during refreshment breaks, lunches, and often in dedicated networking sessions, to allow you to catch up with partners, conclude business, or discuss issues and find solutions.
Evening/drinks receptions at CRU Events traditionally create a social forum for delegates to get to know one another in a more relaxed environment, allowing you to meet new industry colleagues and catch up with existing contacts.
These events give great brand exposure, and options range from large banners placed around the function room with coasters, cups and table flags; to sponsoring a large-scale evening ‘party’ with projecting logos and more.
2) Delegate Lanyards Sponsorship
Keep your brand in front of every delegates’ eyes for the entire duration of the conference by sponsoring the delegate lanyard, worn by all delegates for the full three days of the event.
3) Delegate Bags Sponsorship
Ensure you brand stays front of mind beyond the duration of the event itself, by sponsoring the delegate bag. As well as including your branding alongside the event branding on the bag itself, sponsors are encouraged to also include give-aways in these bags, these can range from notepads and pens, full conference folders, to company literature and even branded sweets!
4) Auditorium Sponsorship
Be the first thing every delegate sees when they enter the auditorium with your logo on the stage set, projected onto the walls, and your logo on the water cups. Auditorium sponsors are also welcome to provide leaflets for
every seat, mints for delegates, and we can always discuss any other ideas you may have.
The conference will be supported by an exhibition to help you maximise the networking opportunities this event will provide. Clients who report the best business from CRU events typically take a package which includes both a sponsorship option and an exhibition stand. Exhibition stands consist of a table with two chairs, and you bring your own back drop, materials and exhibits.
Highlight what differentiates you from the competition, raise awareness of your communication strategy and reinforce your position as an industry leader.
