Terms of booking 

Payment policy
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card. Late payments made after the conference will be subject to an additional 10% administration fee.  

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing prior to 7 May 2024 for a full refund less a 10% administration fee. Registrants who cancel after that date or fail to attend will be charged the full rate. You may, if you wish, send a substitute. In the unlikely event this conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organisation, neither CRU nor its employees accepts responsibility for travel and/or accommodation fees incurred due to cancellation. Therefore, it is recommended that you arrange for the appropriate travel insurance coverage.

Discount Policy
Only one discount/code per booking can be applied.  Discounts are only available on bookings made on or after the date that any discount is advertised.  Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already made.  We do not discount the onsite booking rate (for reservations made at last year's event) at all.

We block a number of rooms for our event which you can directly book via a special weblink at a preferred conference rate, which will be sent to you once you have registered. If you are approached by a company called Convention Housing Services or Exhibition Housing Services, or EHRS for bedroom bookings – these companies are NOT recommended by CRU - we strongly advise that you do NOT book any rooms with them. They cannot guarantee your booking and may charge you with additional fees that make them more expensive than they pretend to be.
