Payment Policy

Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card. Late payments made after the conference will be subject to an additional 10% administration fee. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to September 1, 2024 for a full refund less a 10% administration fee. By downloading/clicking the link to the delegate list, you waive your right to cancel your place and receive a refund. Registrants who cancel after September 1 2024, or who fail to attend, will be charged the full rate. You may, if you wish, send a substitute. In the event this conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organization, neither CRU nor its employees accepts responsibility for travel and/or accommodation fees incurred due to cancellation. Therefore, it is recommended that you arrange for the appropriate travel insurance coverage.

Discount Policy

Only one discount code per booking can be applied.  Discounts are only available on bookings made on or after the date that any discount is advertised.  Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already made.
