Registration

Q: How can I register for the event?
A: Please visit the Registration page on our website and use the online system to complete your registration.

Q: What is the registration deadline?

A: Registrations are accepted until the day of the event. Onsite registration is available, but we encourage early registration to ensure your badge is prepared in advance.

Q: How can I transfer a registration to another person?
A: To transfer a registration, email conferences@crugroup.com with the new attendee's details: full name, email address, job title, and phone number. If the new attendee is from a different company, please include their company name and address.

Event Information

Q: Where can I find the event schedule?
A: The latest event schedule is available on our website. It will also be accessible through the networking app once it is launched. 

Q: Where is the event held?
A: The event is at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC): 2000 Convention Center Concourse, College Park, GA 30337.

Q: Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
A: No, accommodation is not included. The registration fee covers event access, food and beverage functions, networking opportunities, and presentation slides. Accommodation details will be provided after registration.

Q: How do I get my badge?
A: Visit the badge printing kiosks at the GICC, scan the QR code from the "My Ticket" section in the app, and your badge will be printed on the spot.

Q: Will I receive a ticket?
A: No physical tickets are issued. Your digital ticket will be available in the event app once it is live. 

Presentations and Networking

Q: Will presentations be available after the conference?
A: Yes, PDF copies of sharable presentations will be available in the networking app a few days after the event. 

Q: How can I access the delegate list?
A: The delegate list is available in the networking app. You can connect with other attendees using the app’s messaging feature. We do not provide a PDF version of this list. 

Q: Will I receive contact details for other attendees?
A: No, we do not share attendees' contact details. Networking is facilitated through the app.

Payment and Discounts

Q: Can I get a discount on my registration fee?
A: CRU/SMU subscribers receive a $100 discount. Group registrations (minimum of two attendees) are also eligible for a $100 discount per person. All group members must be registered under one booking with a single invoice.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes, credit card payments are accepted during the registration process. Wire transfers are also available; details are included in the invoice sent with your registration confirmation. 

Q: Can I pay in a different currency?
A: Payments are only accepted in US dollars for this event. 

Hotels and Travel

Q: How do I book a hotel room?
A: Hotel booking information will be included in your confirmation email after registration. 

Q: What if the room blocks are sold out?
A: Nearby hotels are listed in your confirmation email. While we don’t manage room availability at these hotels, here are some options: "

Q: How do I get to the GICC or nearby hotels from the airport?
A: Use the ATL SkyTrain, which connects the airport terminals to the GICC and nearby hotels. Directions for domestic and international terminals can be found here. 

Q: How do I get from the hotel to the conference venue?
A: The distance to the conference venue depends on your hotel. All hotels with room blocks are within walking distance of the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC). Please ensure you enter through the South Lobby entrance. A map is provided below for your convenience - more details

Visa Assistance

Q: How can I request an invitation letter for a visa application?
A: After completing your registration and payment, email conferences@crugroup.com with a copy of your passport to request an invitation letter. 

Q: Can you assist with my visa application?
A: We can provide an invitation letter but cannot assist with the application process or contact embassies on your behalf. 

Exhibitors

Q: How do I ship materials to the venue?
A: Details will be included in the exhibitor manual, sent to booth booking contacts in mid-February. Please do not ship materials directly to the GICC; a materials handler will coordinate all exhibitor shipments.
