Group discounts available
Save up to 20% when you register with colleagues as a group
By registering a group booking you will benefit from the following discounted rates:

• 3rd and 4th delegate - 15% discount
• 5th delegate onwards - 20% discount

To qualify, all registrations must be made as one group booking by one person, who registers the whole group at the same time. Group bookings can only have a single invoice with all delegates on, individual invoices per delegate cannot be generated for group bookings. If you require one invoice per delegate, this cannot be done with a group booking and your delegates will need to register individually.

Payment policy
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card. Late payments made after the conference will be subject to an additional 10% administration fee.

Cancellation policy
Please note that the delegate list will be circulated to all fully paid delegates 10 weeks' out from the conference (w/c 16 November 2024) by which point you waive any right you may have had (at our discretion in accordance with clause 4.3) to cancel your place and receive a refund. Registrants who cancel after 16 November 2024, or who fail to attend, will be charged the full rate - all cancellations must be received in writing prior to this date to qualify for a full refund, less a 10% administration fee. 

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or curtailed due to any reasons beyond the control of CRU Events, or it is necessary or advisable to relocate or change the date and/or location of the event, neither CRU Events, nor its employees will be held liable for refunds, damages and/or additional expenses which may be incurred by delegates. We therefore recommend prospective delegates to arrange appropriate insurance cover.
