Ken Wohlgeschaffen has been with Chevron for 19 years, based at their Richmond Refinery, in various roles in the Technical and Operations Departments. He is currently the Team Leader for Hydrogen Plants supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plants located in Chevron's North American and overseas refineries and complex facilities, including operated and non-operated joint ventures. Prior to joining Chevron, Ken spent 7 years at the Exxon Chemical Canada (now Nutrien) Redwater fertilizer complex. And 8 years with FMC (now Evonik), a major hydrogen peroxide producer. Ken received his bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Calgary in 1989.

Daragh Blennerhassett is the Snr Business Development manager for the Technology Led Industrial Solutions business of KBR, focused on operational excellence of existing KBR designed Ammonia and Nitric Acid facilities. Daragh is a chemical engineer with 10 years experience in the Syngas and Oil & Gas industry, working with Johnson Matthey and AECOM prior to KBR.

David Polerstock

David Polerstock has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin, TX. For the last 17 years, he has been working for Topsoe, Inc. in Houston, TX. He has had the pleasure of working with all things catalyst related to the design, startup, commissioning, and technical sales efforts within the Hydrogen, Ammonia, Methanol, and Syngas industry. He currently holds the position of Sales Director for Chemicals & Clean Air in the North American market; Topsoe are looking forward to the very bright future that our industry has as we all work to provide clean energy of the future.

Jason Danos

Jason Danos is an owner of Kinetix Solutions.  Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1997, Summa Cum Laude.  Jason Has 27 years of experience in industrial plant process engineering and specialty chemical sales & service.

Jason began his career in Koch Industry’s Nitrogen division and then moved to CF Industries’ Donaldsonville facility.  After spending 5 years in the production sector, Jason began his supplier career with Chemtech Chemical Services where he spent 10 years.  Jason has been part of Kinetix since 2013.

Jason has been involved with many aspects of the plant engineering, production, and operations sectors. This includes but is not limited to CO2 removal, catalyst, utilities (water and steam), rotating equipment, heat exchange, process optimization, water treatment, etc.  Kinetix has a key presence in the nitrogen sector including specialty chemicals as well as technical services and consulting.

Craig Kryzanowski

Craig Kryzanowski obtained a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1984. He is currently employed with AdvanSix and has been with the company for over 11 years. He has worked in the Kellogg ammonia plant and Hydroxylamine plant as a technical support resource. He is currently a Process Design Leader at the Hopewell, VA facility.

Previously, Craig had worked in numerous other chemical plants that included but not limited to Adipic Acid, herbicide chemicals, tall oil derivatives, high density polyethylene, organometallic compounds, cationic and anionic surfactants, and cosmetics/toiletries manufacturing facilities totaling 39 years of chemical manufacturing experience.

Darrell Allman

Darrell Allman is the Vice President of Reliability at LSB Industries. He has over thirty-two years of experience in the nitrogen fertilizer and related chemical industry. He graduated from Iowa State.

Darrell Allman has over thirty-two years of experience in the nitrogen fertilizer and related chemical industry. In November 2022, Mr. Allman joined LSB Industries as Vice President of Asset Care Excellence in Oklahoma City. Prior to his current position, he joined OCI in 2014 as Site Director at their new grassroots nitrogen fertilizers facility, Iowa Fertilizer Company, in Wever, Iowa USA. Before that, Darrell worked nearly 13 years at PotashCorp Lima, OH in all three major roles of Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager and Engineering Manager. Before his tenure with PotashCorp, Darrell worked at the CVR Nitrogen facility in East Dubuque, Illinois for 10 years after graduating from Iowa State.

Taylor Archer

Syngas in the region North America

Taylor is currently serving as the Senior Technical Sales Manager, Syngas in the region North America.  He has been with Clariant for 19 years now, and before this role, he served in a variety of positions such as Global Head of Sales and Product Management for the Ammonia/DRI segment, Regional Manager, Americas for the Chemicals Segment, and also as Global Topic Expert, Ammonia and started out in the company with a Technical Sales Account Manager position.  Before joining Clariant, Taylor worked in the ammonia industry for 12 years at Mississippi Chemical (now CF Yazoo City), in a variety of roles in Engineering, Operations, and Project Management.

Education: Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi in 1993 and Masters of Business Administration in 1999, and is a registered Professional Engineer.
