We take data protection very seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy

website www.crugroup.com , its sub domains and any other marketing or events websites.

conferences and events we host or co-host) and storage services etc.

(sub-processors). It is our policy to use only third-party providers that are bound to maintain appropriate levels
of security and confidentiality, to process personal information only as instructed by us, and to flow those same
obligations down to their sub-processors.

Conferences & Events: To help you maximise networking and business opportunities at our
conferences and events, your job titles, company names and country may be included on our conference/event website.

It is our policy to photograph and/or film speaker, delegates and others attending our conferences & events. If
you do not want to be included in photographs or to be filmed, please let us know by contacting us at conferences@crugroup.com
Virtual Events: All activity and interaction on the virtual event platform is recorded,
excluding the contents of chats, messages and video calls.CRU has the right to publish any public platform
interactions (excluding the contents of chats, messages and video calls) on websites, social media platforms and in
printed brochures.
Information on the visitors to virtual exhibition stands and their activity within that virtual exhibition may be
passed to 3rd party owners of those virtual exhibitions.
Information on the visitors to a conference session and their activity within those sessions may be passed to 3rd
party presenters within those sessions. If you do not want any of your activity within a virtual event to be

Rights in relation to your information
You have certain rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. In particular, you have the right
