Simon Trott, Chief Commercial Officer, Rio Tinto
Simon was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in
January 2018, with global accountabilities for the selling and marketing of our
products, the buying of our goods and services and management of our marine and
logistics activities. He leads a Commercial team focused on deepening
customer and market insights, broadening our commercial activities, improving
integration from mine to market and partnering with customers and suppliers to
generate additional value.
Under Simon’s leadership, we have enhanced our commercial
activities, built new capabilities and used technology to deliver industry
first solutions to digitise and simplify customer and supplier interactions.
Aamir
Paul, Country President, United States, Schneider Electric
Aamir Paul is the US Country President for
Schneider Electric. In this role he leads the commercial teams in the country.
Aamir and his leadership team work to deliver best in class solutions for our
partners and customers across our Energy Management and Industrial Automation
portfolio. He is a member of the North American Executive leadership team.
Prior to his Country President appointment,
Aamir led business operations in the US. He joined the company in 2013, leading
the National Sales team.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Aamir
worked at Dell for more than a decade, where he held several key roles of
increasing responsibility in both North America and Europe. Most recently,
Aamir served as Dell’s Senior Vice President of Server Solutions, leading the
development and execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy for all key
markets and customer segments world-wide. He also had global sales
responsibility for Data Center Solutions (DCS) and High-Performance Computing
(HPC), focusing on the top 100 customer relationships.
Earlier in his career, Aamir worked as a
Process Engineer at AlliedSignal (now a part of Honeywell). He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University in
Evanston, IL and has completed advanced management studies at University of
Chicago Booth and INSEAD.
Alf Barrios,
Chief Executive, Aluminium, Rio Tinto
Alf Barrios became Chief Executive of Rio Tinto
Aluminium (RTA) in 2014. He has overseen a significant improvement in safety
and financial performance, along with major growth projects such as the Amrun
bauxite mine. Alf has championed RTA’s leadership of the industry in
sustainability, launching the first certified low-carbon aluminium and helping
it become the first company certified by the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative
for responsible production. RTA has also helped to establish ELYSYS, a
partnership with Alcoa supported by Apple and the governments of Canada and
Quebec, to further develop the world’s first carbon-free smelting technology.
Tolga Egrilmezer, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Commercial, Rio Tinto
Tolga
Egrilmezer, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Commercial, Rio Tinto: Tolga
Egrilmezer is a global executive with extensive experience in the aluminium
industry. He is currently leading Rio Tinto Aluminium’s bauxite, alumina and
aluminium sales & marketing teams globally. He is part of Rio Tinto
Aluminium Executive Committee and also the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative’s
Board of Directors, International Aluminium Institute Vice Chair of the Board
of Directors, as well as The Aluminum Association
of the U.S. as Board of Director.
Jon Hoffmeister, Vice
President of Packaging Procurement and Sustainability, Anhueser Busch Inbev
Jon has worked
for Anheuser-Busch for 26 years. In his current role as Vice President of
Packaging Procurement and Sustainability, Jon leads a team of dedicated
sourcing and sustainability professionals responsible for the Company’s
packaging requirements for the North American business unit. Jon also
leads the Packaging sustainability agenda for Circular Packaging and Climate Action.
Prior to his
current role, Jon led the Indirect Procurement organization and has previously
held leadership positions across different functional areas including Finance
& Planning, Business Development and Brand Management. He holds a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St.
Louis and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis
University.
Eoin Dinsmore, Head of
Aluminium Primary and Products Analysis, CRU
Eoin Dinsmore joined CRU in 2011 after previously working for Nestle. He obtained an MSc. in Finance and Capital markets from Dublin City University in 2008 and holds a BA in Economics and History. Mr Dinsmore is a Principal Consultant in the Aluminium Primary and Products Team. His main areas of specialism include aluminium price forecasting, semis and primary demand and production analysis.
