Payment Policy:
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the course date, late payments made after the course date will be subject to an additional 10% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the course start date for a full refund less a 10% administration fee. Registrants who cancel after 13 May 2025, or who fail to attend, will be charged the full rate. You may, if you wish, send a substitute. In the event this training course has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organisation, neither CRU nor its employees accept liability for any consequential losses.
