With deep expertise in growth and
go-to-market strategy, corporate and business development, new
businesses creation and innovation, Holger
has helped dozens of companies
to successfully commercialize new
products and achieve sustainable growth. He has worked
with companies in many industries
including cleantech, industrial products, and automotive,
and of all sizes – from early-stage startup to Fortune
500 enterprises.
During his 20-year tenure
with top consulting firms Arthur D. Little, Bain &
Co, Monitor Group and Accenture, Holger helped C-level
executives tackle their most difficult growth and innovation challenges
before founding his own advisory business in 2015. Since
then, he has focused on
helping founders of mostly cleantech startups
to secure funding, launch and grow game changing products and
solutions, develop customers and strategic partnerships,
create winning business models, and build high-performance leadership teams. “Electra is
a textbook example of a disruptive innovator. There
are many different paths for us to go to market.
The key to success is that we choose a path that will allow
the company to grow profitably and at pace while allowing
for learning and changes to our business and operating
model that will be inevitable for a disruptive
innovator.”
Holger received undergraduate and
master’s degrees in business administration from the
University of Regensburg, Germany. He is an investor,
board member and strategic advisor to several startups.
