Payment Policy:
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card. Late payments made after the conference will be subject to an additional 10% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing prior to 26 March 2022 for a full refund less a 10% administration fee. You may, if you wish, send a substitute. In the event this conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organization, neither CRU Ryan’s Notes nor its employees accepts responsibility for travel and/or accommodation fees incurred due to cancellation. Therefore, it is recommended that you arrange for the appropriate travel insurance coverage.
