The FAB Talk was followed by a short demonstration of the CRU Ryan's Notes Ferroalloys Virtual Conference platform, where you can see how the platform will work and the benefits of attending a virtual conference. The virtual conference offers a top quality agenda, spread across four mornings and delivered by high-calibre industry leaders and CRU's own analysts and consultants. Afternoons are free to network with all attendees from across the full ferroalloys supply chain, via message, chat, and voice and video calls - with up to 25 participants - and to visit the exhibition.

About the Analysts
Clare Hanna joined CRU in August 2019 and currently works as a Senior Analyst covering Manganese Ore and Ferroalloys and is Editor of the Bulk Ferroalloys Monitor. Clare has over 30 years’ experience in the steel industry with British Steel, Tata Steel and Corus in a range of strategy, sales, marketing and procurement roles. Recent responsibilities include business development for wire rod and, prior to that, lead buyer ferroalloys for Tata Steel Group. Clare holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and BA Honours degree in Economics from Leeds University.
Greg Smart joined CRU in September 2018 and currently works as the Prices Lead and Editor of the Bulk Ferroalloys Monitor. Greg manages several members of the CRU pricing team and ensures that our pricing service is reflective of the market, and as robust as possible. Before joining CRU, he worked in the pricing and analysis of various metal markets at S&P Global Platts, Argus Media and Metal Bulletin Research. Greg also worked in the research and trading of cobalt and cadmium metal at SFP Metals
