Desert Hike - Saturday October 29, 8am - 12 noon - $165 pp

Presenting a rainbow of bright flowers, towering green cacti and unique trees, Arizona’s Sonoran Desert offers a landscape unlike that of any other desert in the world!

Enjoy an up close and personal look at the elements that comprise the Sonoran Desert and find answers to ever-popular questions such as “Just how old is that saguaro?” or “Which cactus did John Wayne drink from?

More than a simple nature walk, this 4-mile hike is designed so individuals of modest fitness levels, as well as more active ones, will enjoy themselves. Make your way at an enjoyable pace while enjoying the wildflowers and wildlife.

Venture into the lush desert and learn all about the flora, fauna, geology, and history. Exploring on foot with knowledgeable guides is the most intimate and educational way to experience the desert

*The tour operator recommends guests are 10 years old or older.

Candle-making – Monday October 31, 3-4pm, $85pp

This activity will take place on site at the conference hotel, with instruction from Jenni Pollack, owner and founder of Light & Bark Candles.

Guests will create an 8oz candle with a custom blended scent of their choice. Candles will be made using clean burning American grown soy wax and cotton wick.
