Now accepting submissions – Present in front of a global audience at the CRU Wire & Cable Conference

CRU’s 14th Wire & Cable Conference will be held on 8-10 June 2020 at the Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s Hotel.

Attracting over 200 key executives, the conference is well established as the premier meeting place for the world’s cable makers and the insulated wire and cable supply chain. 

At this time, the conference organisers have opened a call for papers for technical presentations. The conference will include a comprehensive agenda dedicated to highlighting technological advances relevant to the wire and cable manufacturing process. This represents an opportunity for your company to present in front of an audience of wire and cable manufacturers from around the world.

Some themes of presentation that will be considered include:

Cable design innovation
Specialty wire and cable development
Wire and cable manufacturing technology and services
Coating and structural materials
 Machinery and raw materials for manufacturing and processing of copper and aluminium rods, wire and strips
Machinery and raw materials for the manufacturing and processing of preform and optical fibre
Testing, sensor and quality assurance technology
Environmental and resource efficiency technology
 Software and Industry 4.0 consultancy services


Preference will be given to presentations given by network operators. Abstracts will be considered against the following selection criteria:

Relevance to FTTx operations
Novelty of technology
Quality of presentation
Objectivity of content
